Kneel with hips aligned over knees. Arch back, placing hands on heels, fingers pointing down. Lift chest, tilt head back, and engage core. Breathe deeply, expanding chest. Hold the pose briefly, then release hands, returning to kneeling position.
Bridge Pose (Setu Bandhasana)
Offers a heart-opening stretch that not only strengthens the back muscles but also encourages the release of emotional tension. As the heart space lifts, the energies of compassion and self-acceptance are amplified.
Lie on your back, bend knees, and place feet hip-width apart. With arms alongside, press feet and palms into the floor, lifting hips and spine. Keep shoulders grounded, creating a bridge-like shape. Breathe and hold before gently lowering back down.
Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana)

Lie on your stomach, legs extended. Place palms beside shoulders. Inhale, press palms into the floor, lift chest while keeping hips down. Arch spine gently, engaging back muscles. Look forward or slightly upward. Exhale, lower back down. Cobra Pose improves back flexibility and strength.
Fish Pose (Matsyasana)
