Hello, I'm NESSClare and I welcome you to Serene Valley Holistic Therapies, your haven of tranquillity and energy healing therapies in Townsville.

I’m an intuitive healing practitioner with over 40 years of spiritual development and learnings. I specialise in Spirit Release Therapy (SRT), Reiki, advanced crystal healing, vibrational sound therapy, spiritual coaching, and holistic counselling. My work bridges the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of healing.

My journey began through my mother’s interest in astrology, which sparked a deep exploration into divination, belief systems, and the mind–body connection. I’ve since studied transpersonal psychology, holistic counselling, and a wide range of complementary modalities including herbal medicine, feng shui, and quantum principles.

Alongside my healing work, I hold multiple qualifications in adult education, business, and human behaviour, bringing a grounded and integrative approach to personal transformation. My aim is to guide others in awakening their inner wisdom and embracing self-healing with confidence and clarity.

In 2001, while trekking solo through South America and the Andes, I reached the summit of Machu Picchu. In quiet meditation among the ancient stones, I experienced a profound spiritual shift take place. I felt the deep interconnectedness of all life, a vast energetic network linking us with each other, the Earth, and the cosmos. The Inca ruins brought a message of balance and harmony, reminding me that every thought, feeling, and action ripples through this sacred network. This realisation expanded my consciousness and filled me with awe, gratitude, and a deeper understanding of our place within the living energy of the cosmos, Pachamama and Mother Gaia.

The inspiration behind our Serene Valley Studio originates from my transformative experience years ago at a yoga retreat in Ubud, Bali. It sparked a holistic exploration into Bali's culture, immersed in sacred rituals, ancient temples, and solemn spiritual practices and teachings. Here I found not only rejuvenation but also moments of serene contemplation.

​This stemmed from a need to rediscover myself after years of motherhood, study and work obligations. Guided by Bali's tranquillity, a deeper connection to its spirit emerged, leading to the creation of Serene Valley Studio. The result is an invitation to you, to join me in a small slice of Bali style tranquillity for you to enjoy and heal.

As a wife and mother of three, I bring my background in management, corporate training and health, my approach to energy therapy blends practical experience with timeless feminine wisdom. I offer intuitive insights and connect deeply with subtle energies and clair abilities.
