Hello, I'm NESSClare and I welcome you to Serene Valley Holistic Therapies, your haven of tranquillity and energy healing therapies in Townsville.

Specialising in Reiki, advanced crystal healing, energy healing, spiritual development, and holistic counselling, I aim to foster connections between the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of life.

My journey into spiritualism and intuitive healing began over 40 years ago when I delved into holistic practices, sparked by my mother's interest in Astrology. This led me to explore divination systems to gain insight and achieve greater control over issues involving relationships, opportunities, and life changes.

My exploration of belief systems and the profound influence of the brain on the body's cellular state through thoughts. More recently, studying transpersonal psychology and holistic counselling, I have deepened my understanding of the intricate connection between the physical, spiritual, and energetic aspects of our being. I have also delved into various modalities such as herbal remedies, transpersonal crystal healing, feng shui, quantum physics and more, forming the foundation of our holistic approach to empower individuals towards harmony and healing.

In 2001, while trekking solo through the Andes in Peru, I reached the summit of Machu Picchu. There, in contemplative meditation, I had a profound epiphany about transformative spiritual beliefs and divine energy systems. I felt the interconnectedness of all beings and their environment, realising we are part of a vast energetic network. The ancient ruins spoke of balance and harmony, reflecting energy flow through Mother Gaia and ourselves. I understood that every action, thought, and emotion resonates within this intricate web, shaping our reality. This realisation heightened my consciousness, revealing the delicate equilibrium sustaining life, filling me with awe and gratitude.

The inspiration behind our Serene Valley Studio originates from my transformative experience years ago at a yoga retreat in Ubud, Bali. It sparked a holistic exploration into Bali's culture, immersed in sacred rituals, ancient temples, and solemn spiritual practices and teachings. Here I found not only rejuvenation but also moments of serene contemplation.

 

This journey stemmed from a need to rediscover myself after years of motherhood, study and professional commitments. Guided by Bali's tranquillity, a deeper connection to its spirit emerged, leading to the creation of Serene Valley Studio. The result is an invitation to you, to join me in a small slice of Bali style tranquillity for you to enjoy and heal.

Proudly wearing multiple hats as a wife, mother to three, and having navigated a diverse career path in management, corporate training, professional development, and health. My approach to energy therapies is shaped by this blend of roles and experiences, grounded in a mix of accumulated knowledge and timeless feminine wisdom. My unique style offers intuitive insights and practices complemented by a connection to subtle energies and clair abilities.
