Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

As appointment times are reserved especially for you, advance notice of any changes allows us to offer the space to another client who may be waiting for support.

To help keep our services accessible to all, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 48 hours’ notice incur the full session fee.

We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise, such as emergencies or sudden illness, and these situations will always be considered with care and compassion. 

​

If you are unwell or unable to travel for an in-person appointment, distance or remote sessions are offered as an alternative, allowing you to still receive your scheduled support without needing to attend in person.

Repeated short-notice cancellations or postponements will result in a non-refundable deposit being required for future bookings.
