Combined with intentional breathing and meditation techniques, the therapy helps balance energies and release blockages. In addition to the standalone sound healing therapy, you have the option to complement your session with Reiki, advanced crystal therapy, and/or holistic counselling. Reiki amplifies the energy flow, fostering harmony and self-healing, while advanced crystal therapy utilizes the unique properties of crystals to align chakras and enhance energetic balance.
