In addition, if you choose, we synergistically combine the transformative power of sound therapy with the balancing and rejuvenating energy of meditation, breathing exercises, Gestalt dream therapy, crystal therapy and / or Reiki at your counselling session. This integration creates a profound healing experience, restoring harmony to the mind, body, and spirit, and promoting deep relaxation, stress relief, and holistic well-being. We strongly encourage scheduling a 90-minute or 120-minute session for your first booking. These longer durations allow us to conduct a comprehensive and holistic assessment of your needs, preferences, and concerns. With more time, we will gain a deeper understanding of your unique requirements, enabling us to tailor our services to best suit you.
