Service Description

My holistic counselling style takes an integrative approach to your wellbeing, recognising you as a whole person, Mind, Body and Soul. I combine traditional counselling techniques, including talk therapy, with complementary holistic and spiritual practices to provide a supportive space where we can explore challenges, develop greater self-awareness, encourage personal growth and restore a greater sense of balance and wellbeing. An important part of my work is my connection with spirit guides. Working with my guides, I channel guidance, insight and healing that may support you in understanding the experiences, emotions and patterns you are navigating. This spiritual connection can offer another perspective alongside the counselling process, particularly when you are seeking greater clarity, meaning or a deeper understanding of yourself and your life experiences. Every session is individually tailored to you. Depending on your needs, beliefs and preferences, your session may incorporate meditation, breathing techniques, Gestalt dream work, Vibrational Sound Healing, Advanced Crystal Healing, Reiki and basic Spirit Release Therapy. As I channel guidance from my spirit guides during your session, you will be guided with potential outcomes to work through, both in session and at home. This may arise naturally through our conversation or be incorporated more intentionally as part of the spiritual and energetic work we undertake together. The guidance received can be explored alongside your own thoughts, feelings and intuition, rather than replacing your own choices or personal beliefs. You don't need to decide beforehand whether you would like to include other modalities during your experience. We can discuss what feels appropriate and comfortable for you, allowing the session to unfold in a way that supports your individual needs and intentions. This integrated approach recognises the connection between our thoughts, emotions, physical wellbeing, energy and spiritual self, creating space for greater clarity, relaxation, emotional healing, personal insight and meaningful transformation. For your first appointment, you can choose either a 90-minute or 120-minute session. A 60-minute session is not available for an initial appointment.
