We strongly encourage scheduling a 90-minute or 120-minute session for your first booking. These longer durations allow us to conduct a comprehensive and holistic assessment of your needs, preferences, and concerns. With more time, we will gain a deeper understanding of your unique requirements, enabling us to tailor our services to best suit you.
