What is SRT & How does it work?
Spirit Release Therapy is an advanced energetic healing practice that addresses spiritual disturbances and attachments influencing a person’s wellbeing. It is carried out by a trained facilitator and a psychic medium, who work collaboratively with a dedicated team of spirit guides. These guides are high vibrational beings who exist beyond the physical world and operate across spiritual dimensions. Their role is to assist in the release of intrusive energies, such as earthbound spirits, astral parasites, and other non-beneficial entities that may be affecting an individual on emotional, mental, or physical levels.
Before every session, both the client’s and the practitioner's spirit teams are consciously called in and verified as sovereign to ensure they are aligned with divine truth and act solely for the highest good. This spiritual integrity creates a safe and clear space for healing.

The SRT Process
Each Spirit Release session begins with the facilitator and the psychic medium establishing a connection. They tune into their spirit guides, who then connect with the energy field of the individual. Once this connection is confirmed and cleared of interference, the facilitator begins a guided inquiry process. This may involve tailored questioning to uncover the nature of any energetic imbalances, attachments, or disruptions.
As the medium relays information from the guides, the spirit team works together to identify what needs to be released. The spirit guides conduct the actual clearing work within the subtle energy field, helping to restore balance and harmony on a soul level. While there is a standard framework, each session is intuitively led and may shift depending on what is revealed during the process.

Permission from the Higher Self
Before any SRT session, we seek approval from the client’s higher self. This is the timeless, wise aspect of the soul that exists beyond linear time. It carries the insight of all the soul’s lifetimes, past and future, and knows what is most aligned for healing and growth. This work must always honour the soul’s path. If the higher self-consents, we proceed. If it declines, we fully respect that choice. Though rare, if permission is not granted, the session is cancelled and refunded in full. This ensures all work is done in alignment with the soul’s highest good.
Sovereignty
Sovereignty refers to the sacred right of an individual to have full authority over their own energy, choices, and spiritual path. It is closely aligned with the concept of free will, the ability to make conscious decisions without interference. In spiritual and energetic work, honouring a person’s sovereignty means ensuring their autonomy is intact and respected. If a medium receives a ‘No’ from the soul guides, it may indicate that the client’s sovereignty has been compromised. This can occur when external influences, such as nonphysical entities or earthbound spirits, are exerting control or interference, limiting the individual’s ability to act from their own free will.

Entity & Energy Assessment
Entities
Unseen non-human, non-physical beings exist beyond the limits of our five senses. While some of these entities are ancient and have inhabited this planet long before human existence, others are more recent, energetic form born from human emotion, belief, or intention. Much like artificial intelligence, these newer entities are created through the immense creative force of the human mind. For ease of study and classification, these various beings are often grouped under the term Dark Force Entities (DFEs) and are divided into three general levels based on their characteristics, behaviour, and impact.

Level 1 - DFEs (Dark Force Entities)
Level 1 DFEs are elemental beings and are among the most frequently encountered subtle attachments in the human energy field. These small astral beings often resemble insects, creatures of the sea, gremlin-like figures, mischievous fairies, or elemental type forms. Though varied in appearance, they share a common nature - opportunistic, mischievous, and energetically draining.
They tend to linger just beyond the veil of the physical world and can influence human thought and emotion through subtle suggestion, often resulting in fatigue, anxiety, worry, impulsivity, or unexplained physical symptoms like phantom pain.
Although they may be irritating and persistent, Level 1 DFEs are relatively easy to clear. Soul guides typically escort them away or guide them to the light, back to source, ensuring the client’s energetic space is restored.

Level 2 - DFEs
Often referred to as “demons” in mainstream or religious language, Level 2 DFEs are thought formed entities created through intense emotional energy, either from an individual or the collective unconscious. They act like psychic artificial intelligence, parasitic beings that interfere with thought and behaviour.
These entities can implant intrusive thoughts, distort emotions, and influence actions in ways that feel unnatural or extreme. Their presence may manifest as mood swings, irritability, or even physical symptoms such as chest pain, migraines, or flu like sensations.
Over time, they can fuel patterns of addiction, obsession, or destructive behaviour by attaching to the energy field through cords or hooks. Mediums often see them as black smoke or shadowy forms, though they can shapeshift to appear more frightening. With guidance from the soul guides, they are identified and removed effectively.

Level 3 - DFEs
Level 3 DFEs include living inter-dimensional or extraterrestrial beings who interact with human energy in more complex and invasive ways. Though biologically alive in their own dimensional space, they can attach to humans energetically, usually without the person’s awareness. These beings may siphon life force, interfere with consciousness, or manipulate thought and perception.
Removal of Level 3 entities requires great care, as the process is highly intricate and may involve interdimensional protocols. Soul guides may call upon aligned, benevolent extraterrestrial beings to assist in the safe and ethical removal of these entities. Their presence is less common, but their impact can be significant, often affecting a person’s spiritual alignment, health, and multidimensional awareness.

Attachments & Energetic Interference
Etheric Implants are commonly found in clients affected by Level 2 or Level 3 DFEs. These implants are energetically embedded within or around the astral body and are undetectable by conventional medical scans. Often placed by demonic or non-human entities, they can cause both physical pain and distortions in perception, altering what a person sees, hears, or expresses. While some implants create discomfort or fatigue, others may lead to more serious psychological effects, including paranoia, intrusive thoughts, violent impulses, or suicidal ideation. Addictive behaviours and patterns of self-sabotage may also be influenced or worsened by their presence. These implants are complex and not easily dislodged, but with the support of the soul guides, they are thoroughly and safely removed.

Etheric devices are etheric technologies found outside the client’s body but still within their energy field. These may include energetic metal plates beneath the feet to block grounding, or etheric recording and tracking tools, often located near electronic devices. Some also act as beacons, drawing in further negative entities.

Artificial Intelligence based interference is commonly found in conjunction with these devices. During a clearing, all external devices and A.I. influences are removed from the client, their home, and their vehicle.
Dark energy patches are dense pockets of stagnant or harmful energy that gather in the etheric body or living space. Left untreated, they may contribute to confusion, emotional imbalance, or physical symptoms. These patches are cleared during a session, and their effects can be further reduced through the use of sea salt baths, cleansing showers, or protective sprays.

Interdimensional Parasites are essentially small astral entities. When glimpsed out of the corner of your eye, they often resemble worms, insects, or strange amorphous shapes. While usually quite tiny, these entities can sometimes grow to large sizes and may even appear as
swarms of insect like beings. They function as energetic parasites, draining your vital energy and replacing it with negative effects such as low mood or poor health. These creatures are frequently responsible for unexplained physical discomfort, including pain, digestive issues, sensations of skin crawling, as well as emotional challenges like depression, anxiety, fatigue, and persistent cravings for unhealthy foods. Prolonged exposure can lead to energetic imbalances and chronic conditions that are difficult to diagnose, such as fibromyalgia. The Facilitator and medium will carefully verify that soul guides are effectively removing all such astral parasites from the etheric body, the living environment, and all energetic vehicles.
Environmental Energetics

Portals between dimensions can be found almost anywhere. These energetic openings allow a wide range of interdimensional beings to pass into the physical 3D realm without restriction. Opening an astral portal is surprisingly easy, it often happens unintentionally. Such portals are frequently found in places like bars, hospitals, casinos, jails, and locations where substance abuse or high emotional distress is common. Any environment with strong fear, trauma, or other low frequency energy is likely to hold open portals.
Entities often linger near these openings, waiting for someone who resonates with their lower vibrational frequency. If they find a match, especially someone not maintaining strong spiritual hygiene, they can attach to the person's etheric field and follow them back into their space.
Technology can also open portals with ease, which is why regular cleansing and protection are essential. Smudging your space and placing protective crystals near devices such as televisions, gaming consoles, Wi Fi routers, and similar electronics is highly recommended.
The facilitator and medium work with soul guides to locate, close, and seal any open portals in the client’s environment. This includes scanning not just the client’s energy field and home but also checking all electronics and vehicles, common places where portals may appear and remain unnoticed.
Earthbound Spirits are souls of individuals who have passed but did not transition into the light, instead remaining in the lower astral plane. This can occur when someone doesn’t realise they have died, especially in cases of sudden or traumatic death, or when substances were involved. Some spirits remain so attached to the physical world that they’re unaware they’ve shifted into the astral realm and can’t perceive their soul guides. Once they realise their condition or feel ready, the light becomes accessible again. Not all earthbound spirits are stuck, some choose to stay. They may fear judgment or feel unworthy of the light. Others simply prefer their current state and resist moving on. In the lower astral, some gather into communities, forming bonds with others who share their reluctance. This is one reason spiritual activity is common around cemeteries. Many earthbound spirits seek connection with the living. When they find someone who matches their energy or emotional state, they may attach to that person’s etheric field. This can lead to energy and emotional drain, and may influence behaviours, addictions, health issues, and personality traits. People may experience exhaustion, mood shifts, or pain without an obvious cause.
Curses, Contracts & Past Influences

Curses and Spells are genuine energetic influences that occur more frequently than people might think. Many are sent unintentionally, often through strong negative emotions. Just as one can send healing energy with love and intention, the opposite is also true. Intense feelings of hatred, resentment, jealousy, or rage can project harmful energy toward others, often with real energetic consequences, including illness or emotional distress. Individuals may also inadvertently curse themselves through negative self-talk. In other cases, curses or spells are placed intentionally by those who practise ritual magic, this may include occult practitioners, witches, or those involved in traditions such as voodoo. When someone is deeply offended or wronged, they may even hire a practitioner to carry out a targeted energetic attack. These professionally cast spells are usually easy to identify during a scan, as they tend to carry distinctive energetic patterns or symbols within the etheric field. These influences are also often found near or linked with open negative portals, either in a person’s field or within their home environment. In most situations, soul guides are able to remove curses or spells effectively and without difficulty.
Dark Contracts & Ancestral Karmic Agreements are forms of spiritual baggage carried across lifetimes. A dark contract is an agreement made consciously or unconsciously with a negative or manipulative entity, often for power, protection, or influence. Many assume these dissolve after death, but they can persist, continuing to affect future incarnations until fully cleared. Similarly, ancestral karmic contracts, such as inherited vows, oaths, or soul-level obligations, can pass through generations, influencing an individual's present path. These binding agreements can usually be cleared or renegotiated by the soul guides during a session. If a contract cannot be removed or fully resolved, the facilitator will record the cause or restriction in the session report. We generally avoid exploring the details of the original agreement or curse, as focusing on removal ensures greater energetic clarity. The goal is always to dismantle these attachments completely, allowing the client to move forward free of their influence.
Past Life Energetic Resonances refer to the lingering energetic imprints of trauma or injury experienced in a previous incarnation. These imprints often take the form of unresolved wounds or embedded energetic objects (such as weapons) that remain lodged in the etheric body. When this occurs, the client may experience unexplained sensations such as phantom pain, pressure, or numbness in that area of the physical body, without a medical cause.
Negative Cords or Webbing are energetic connections formed by the subconscious through attachment, fear, or unresolved emotion. They link one’s energy to people, places, or experiences, sometimes creating energetic drain or imbalance. While positive cords can represent loving bonds, negative ones often carry control, guilt, or dependency. These cords reveal where healing or release is needed. When unhealed, they may cause fatigue, confusion, or emotional distress. During healing, soul guides help locate and dissolve them, restoring energetic integrity.
Self-created thought forms are energetic constructs of the subconscious mind that can be helpful or harmful. A positive example is an imaginary friend offering comfort, while a negative one may appear as an inner bully that fuels self-doubt or fear. These forms signal areas of the psyche needing healing. When ignored, they may lead to anxiety, depression, insecurity, or anger. Once identified, soul guides typically dissolve or guide them into the light. The facilitator and medium may ask what role the thought form served to reveal its root cause. Sometimes, a positive form is placed in its absence to support healing and restore balance.
DSP aka Disassociated Sub Personalities (DSPs) are parts of the subconscious mind separated or hidden from the client’s conscious awareness, often due to trauma. These disassociated parts are frequently younger versions of the self. For example, individuals who endured severe childhood trauma may unconsciously lock away those memories and parts of themselves, making them inaccessible to their adult consciousness. When a younger self is disconnected like this, it can complicate shadow work and other psychological or spiritual healing.
During a clearing session, the medium and facilitator consult with the soul guides to see if the client has any disassociated subpersonalities needing reintegration with their core self or ego. They may ask about the number of DSPs, their ages, and what caused the separation within the psyche.
Soul Retrieval & Night Interference
Lost Soul Fragments occur when deep emotional or energetic trauma causes parts of the soul essence to separate from the whole. This natural form of spiritual dissociation protects the
soul from unbearable pain or shock. Over time, these fragments may linger nearby or drift into past-life timelines or other dimensions. Soul retrieval aims to locate and reintegrate these missing aspects, restoring wholeness and vitality. Fragments can range from tiny sparks to larger portions of essence, yet they always remain subtly connected to the soul’s core through fine etheric threads or cords.
Dream State Interference clients may experience ongoing sleep disturbances such as nightmares, sleep paralysis, entity contact, or recurring dream loops that create fear or confusion. These disruptions often signal unresolved trauma, etheric attachments, soul fragmentation, or psychic invasion. An unprotected or open energy field during sleep can make the client vulnerable to lower dimensional interference or remnants of past experiences.
Soul guides may retrieve and heal soul fragments trapped in alternate timelines or past lives that resurface through dreams, then reintegrate them into the client’s energy field.
They also seal dream portals, close etheric access points, and stabilise the astral body. Protective frequencies or symbolic guardians are placed around the sleep space, restoring it as a safe, sacred container for rest, healing, and spiritual insight.
Energy Field Scan & Clearing
Chakras are energy centres or vortices found throughout the physical and etheric bodies. Their balance plays a vital role in spiritual health and energetic alignment. When chakras are out of balance, individuals may feel ungrounded, emotionally disconnected, or unable to access intuition. This often leads to blockages in the etheric body, affecting overall wellbeing and awareness. Each chakra relates to specific emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of the self. If one is overactive or underactive, it can affect the whole system, contributing to issues like anxiety, depression, fatigue, anger, addictions, or illness. Ongoing imbalance can also disrupt clarity, emotional regulation, and alignment. Balanced chakras allow energy to flow freely, supporting clarity, vitality, peace, and a strong connection to higher guidance. In a session, the facilitator and medium work with the soul guides to assess and adjust the chakras in a way that best supports the client’s healing process.
Grounding & Aura Integrity

Grounding is an essential part of any clearing or healing process, helping anchor a person into their body and supporting emotional and energetic stability. When ungrounded, individuals may feel dizzy, scattered, tired, disconnected, and struggle to concentrate, sleep, or feel balanced. It can also increase vulnerability to external energies, making it harder to recognise influence or manipulation. Some interfering energies or entities may place symbolic blockages, such as etheric plates beneath the feet, to disrupt grounding and weaken energetic resilience. The medium directs the soul guides to check for and clear any obstructions, restoring a strong Earth connection. Effective grounding methods include walking barefoot on natural ground, bathing in magnesium salts, eating grounding foods like root vegetables or fresh fruit, and spending time with trees, soil, or stone. Visualising roots extending deep into the Earth also helps restore energetic balance and presence.
The Etheric Body Integrity is a subtle energy layer surrounding the physical body like a protective bubble. It shields the physical and energetic systems from interference such as illness, low vibrations, entities, and emotional residue from others. Although vital for maintaining health and energetic boundaries, the etheric field is vulnerable to damage. Processed foods, alcohol, drugs, chemicals, stress, fear, suppressed emotion, and negative thought patterns can weaken it, creating weak spots or openings. These gaps lower the body’s defences, allowing unwanted energies or attachments to enter. During a session, the medium and soul guides assess the etheric field for rips, thinning, or punctures and initiate repairs to restore strength and coherence. The facilitator may ask the guides about the cause of damage, offering insight into habits or experiences that contributed to its weakening.
